Pray for Schools
Pray 4 Schools is a nationwide spiritual initiative encouraging churches and individuals to spiritually adopt local schools through intercession. The purpose is to pray for students, teachers, staff, safety, identity, truth, hope, and the gospel’s influence in education

WHEN:
Set aside a designated Prayer Day each summer—commonly late July (e.g., around July 26, 2025 at 9 AM). On that day, participants gather in groups or alone to pray on, around, or even in their local schools.
TIPS:
Provide a prayer guide covering key themes—protection, identity, educators, Christian witness, gospel access, truth, and community commitment
Encourage people to pray in small groups, on school grounds, in cars, or during walks.
Share registration info through church announcements and direct church-school partnerships.
REMEMBER:
This isn’t just prayer—it’s spiritual partnership. It fosters unity, hope, and spiritual authority in your community and school systems. Pray 4 Schools unites churches to “cover” every school in your area, standing firm against challenges through collective intercession.
